This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not deciding the appeal filed against the order of the 3rd respondent in proceedings vide Rc.No.308/2015/E6/HR, dated 19.06.2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri MSR.Chandramurthy, for respondents 2 and 3.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
