HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.833 OF 2016 IN COMPANY PETITION No.147 OF 2001 ORDER:

The official liquidator, through the instant application, under Section 462 of the Companies Act 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s ETOS Consulting Limited (in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015 along with the audited report of Murthy & Kanth dated 17.12.2015.

With the assistance of Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, I have perused the details of the audited report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the audited report are taken on file.

The application is ordered accordingly.
