Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the competent authority by way of representation dated 24-03-2018.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with rules and take action accordingly.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
