Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Gram Panchayat.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Gram Panchayat, on instructions, that the respondent Gram Panchayat has no objection to renew the trade license of the petitioner herein by incorporating the conditions in the original license.

The same is recorded and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein to consider the application, dated 18.12.2017, of the petitioner for grant of renewal and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This order is passed without prejudice to the rights of the parties in W.P.No.3777 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
