THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.724 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari by calling for the records from the first respondent and quash the impugned proceedings in P.G.Appeal No.2/01 dated 23.10.2003 by declaring the same as arbitrary and illegal and pass such other necessary orders. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
