On 23.03.2018, as there was no representation for either parties, the writ petition was directed to be listed under caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, on 06.04.2018 and 13.04.2018, the matter was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal' there is no representation for the petitioner either in the forenoon session or in the afternoon session. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further.
