This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.211 of 2015 of Khammam I Town Police Station, Khammam District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 27.03.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject crime, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed and the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.1142 of 2018. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
