Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent. 2.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.11742 of 2015 dated 17.06.2015.

3. A counter-affidavit is filed stating that the final order was passed on 24.08.2015. In view of the same, no orders need be passed in the present Contempt Case and it is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
