This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order and decree dated 06/03/2018 passed in I.A.No. 102 of 2018 in O.S.No. 34 of 2017 by the Senior Civil Judge, Bobbilli, Vizianagaram district, dismissing the interlocutory application which was filed under Order-38, Rule-5 of CPC seeking to attach the retirement benefits of the respondent before judgment.

2. Sri K.V.M. Jaya Rao, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner/Plaintiff is present and he endorsed on the bundle that the matter is settled out of court and seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
