ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 03.01.2014, in W.P.No.39128 of 2013.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) placed before the Court a copy of the Endorsement bearing No.E1/1375/2012, dated 23.04.2015, of the Joint Collector, Hyderabad District, whereunder the NOC for the extent of Acs.7.14 guntas which is the subject matter of the present contempt case

has been issued subject to certain conditions. With the issue of NOC, the alleged contempt, if any, committed by the respondents gets purged. Therefore, this Court does not intend to proceed further with the contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.

As a sequel to disposal of the contempt case, Application Nos.435, 436, 467, 468 & 472 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 24th April, 2015 VGB
