Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the case registered against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 was ended in acquittal vide Judgment dated 03.12.2015, in C.C.No.255 of 2013 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri and the hence, present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
