Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

It is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation is pending. Having regard to it, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall be concluded to its logical end. However, the Police of Doulatabad Police Station of Mahabubnagar District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1,2 and 4 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 20-03-2015 eha.
