Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 02.06.2019.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal preferred on 20.06.2019 and it is needless to say that the appellate authority shall decide the appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
