This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 09.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.194 of 2018 in I.A.No.250 of 2018(Old No.I.A.542 of 2017) in O.S.No.569 of 2017 on the file of the Court of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners herein filed O.S.No.569 of 2017 against the respondents on the file of the Court of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, seeking perpetual injunction in respect of the suit schedule property. Along with the suit, the petitioners filed I.A.No.250 of 2018 (old I.A.No.542 of 2017) seeking interim injunction. The trial Court granted ex parte interim injunction in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners filed the present petition seeking police aid. The trial Court after considering the material available on record, dismissed the petition. Hence, the present revision. 4.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.250 of 2018(old I.A.No.542 of 2017) as expeditiously as possible.

5.

A perusal of the record reveals that the respondents herein filed counter in I.A.No.250 of 2018(old I.A.No.542 of 2017).

6.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

7.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.250 of 2018(old I.A.No.542 of 2017) as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 8.

With the above observation, the civil revision petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
