These writ petitions came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned order in Case Nos.F1/ 5142/ 1998 and F1/ 5143/ 1998, dated 18.07.2009, passed by the first respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that subsequent to filing of the writ petitions, an appeal was filed vide F1/ 3094/ 2016, against the impugned orders before the Joint Collector, wherein rights of the parties would be settled and hence no further orders are necessary in the writ petitions.

In view of the representation made, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petitions and the same are accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
