THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10724 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that she had filed appeal No.3705 of 1997 before the 3rd respondent against the 4th respondent and the said appeal is still pending consideration and is not disposing of the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the said appeal is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent and states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the same within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the appeal No.3705 of 1997 filed by the petitioner after giving notice to the 4th respondent, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
