The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 09.03.2016 in E.A.No.226 of 2013 in E.P.No.153 of 2011 in O.S.No.278 of 2008 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original petition itself was disposed of on 16.04.2018, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
