CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.17880 of 2015 Dt: 05.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue an order of direction more particularly in nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the AP State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in EA.No.1/2015 in CC No.5 of 2013 to insist that the petitioner/Judgement Debtors be present on every adjournment despite the recall of the warrants is illegal and consequently declare that the presence of the Judgement Debtors is not required on every hearing."

At the hearing, Mr.Poluri Bhaskar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.23109 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of.
