THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.541 OF 2005 ORDER:

At request of the parties, on 30.3.2016, a letter was addressed by the Assistant Registrar of this Court to the office of the Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court Premises, Hyderabad for mediation. On 26.8.2016, a letter was addressed by the Deputy Director, Mediation and Arbitration Centre, Hyderabad to the Registry along with Mediator's Report, Settlement Agreement and original case record to place the same before this Court. It is evident from the said material that the matter is settled out of Court by way of Settlement Agreement, dated 21.6.2016.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as infructuous.

3. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
