HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.12685 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the proceedings dated 11-12-2017, wherein and whereby the petitioner was suspended from service as Field Assistant by the 5th respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that without any notice and without following any procedure the petitioner was removed from service, which is in violation of principles of natural justice.

On the other hand, Smt.Padma Rekha, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 4 to 6 and 8 submits that one Srinivasulu was working as Field Assistant and he was removed from service on certain allegations and he preferred appeal before the appellate authority on 06-02-2017 and the petitioner, who joined in his place as stop gap arrangement, had to be replaced as the appeal filed by said Srinivasulu was allowed on 31-05-2017.

In this case it is to be seen that even as per the proceedings dated 30-08-2017, the petitioner joined in place of one Srinivasulu and as per submissions of the learned Standing Counsel as the appeal was allowed, said Srinivasulu, has to be reinstated in service as per the appellate authority order and the respondents have done the same. It is not the case of the petitioner that he was removed without any reason,

as stop gap arrangement came to an end as Srinivasulu is to be reinstated by virtue of order of the appellate authority. In view of the same, I do not see any infirmity in the impugned order warranting interference of this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
