This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.148 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kadapa.

2. Learned counsel for the second respondent is present. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 25.2.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is posted under the caption "For dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
