HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY AND HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI Contempt Case No.940 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order passed by this Court in WP (PIL) No.133 of 2017 on 25.05.2017, wherein this Court passed the order as follows: "In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the order dated 18.05.2017, there shall be direction to the respondents to proceed with the process of admissions into Post Graduate Medical Courses and the respondents shall complete the process of filling up of seats subject to collecting half of the fee fixed by the Government by virtue of the impugned orders for all categories and by obtaining necessary bonds from the candidates for the rest of the amounts. The same shall be subject to further orders in the writ petition."

Now, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent produced copy of notification dated 13.04.2018 issued by the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana State, stating that candidates are permitted to pay fees as per interim orders of this Court in PIL No.130 of 2017 & PIL No.133 of 2017 for competent authority quota seats in Un-aided Non-minority Private Medical/Dental Colleges and un-aided Minority Private medical Colleges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interim orders are only restricted to the competent authority quota,

as such, interim order is not complied in respect of other seats.

Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent submits that as and when notification is issued for filling up of posts other than the competent authority quota, necessary Notification will be issued for filling up of seats in terms of orders passed by this Court in PIL No.133 of 2017 dated 25.05.2017.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, this Contempt Case is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
