Heard Mr.Anil Kumar for applicant and perused the affidavit filed in support of the instant application.

It is stated that as on date, a sum of Rs.1,40,644-18ps is available to the credit of company in liquidation and no subsisting claim is pending before the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator seeks permission of this Court to disburse dividend at 12 paise of rupee to unsecured creditors. Attention of this Court is drawn to the annexure- B. The application deserves to be ordered and accordingly the Application is ordered as prayed for.
