THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.21096 OF 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus to declare the proceedings No.41/GPTPL/04, dated 15-06-2004 passed by the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also the action of the respondents in not utilizing the services of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to continue the petitioner in service by paying salary attached to the Village Electrical Worker and pass appropriate orders.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
