2. Petitioners herein/applicants filed the aforementioned Original Application before the Tribunal to set aside G.O.Ms.No.385, Revenue (Endowments-I) Department, dated 18.11.2014, issued by respondent No.1 and letter, dated 11.3.2014, written by respondent No.2, after calling for the records and consequently, direct the respondents to promote the applicants to the posts of Executive Officers Grade-II, as and when they qualify to such post.
3. The Tribunal, upon considering the material on record, passed the interim order, dated 01.05.2015, as under:
"Pending disposal of the OA., the respondents shall consider the cases of the applicants who are Executive Officers Grade-III for promotion to the posts of
Executive Officers, Grade-II as per their eligibility and after the applicants are exhausted, the respondents may proceed to fill up the vacancies of Executive Officers, Grade-II as per G.O.Ms.No.385 Revenue (Endowments.I) Department, dated 18.11.2014."
Aggrieved thereby, the applicants filed the present writ petition.
4. Heard.
5. The Tribunal, after considering the case of the applicants, rightly passed the impugned order. Hence, we do not find any reason to admit the writ petition. The impugned order needs no interference by this Court and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, we request the Tribunal to dispose of the aforementioned Original Application as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
