2. Petitioner is, primarily, aggrieved by a report sent by the Tahsildar to the Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur, in Rc.No.187/15-C dated 07.07.2015 informing the Collector that there is no service register available with regard to the service said to have been

rendered by Sri Giriraju Seetha Rama Madhusudana Rao. Petitioner, who is a widow, is aggrieved by the said report on the ground that no panchanama is conducted in terms of the CCLA Circular instructions No.P2/66/2015 dated 24.01.2015 as communicated by the District Collector, Guntur in RC.No.690/2015-A2 dated 18.02.2015.

Learned government pleader, who has received instructions from the fourth respondent-Tahsildar, states that petitioner has not submitted death certificate and therefore panchanama could not be conducted and an appropriate report was sent to the District Collector that the Service Register was not available. The instructions however further state that as soon as the petitioner furnishes the death certificate of the deceased, appropriate panchanama will be conducted by the fourth respondent in the concerned village and accordingly pension proposals will be resubmitted to the District Collector.

In view of the said instructions, it is apparent that petitioner has to submit death certificate of her late husband to the fourth respondent so as to enable the fourth respondent to conduct panchanama and resubmit proposals to the Collector with regard to the pension sought for by the petitioner.

5. Writ petition is therefore disposed of permitting the petitioner to comply with the said requirement at the earliest. The fourth respondent shall thereafter act accordingly by conducting panchanama and forward his recommendations to the Collector preferably within four weeks from the date of production of the death certificate by the petitioner as above. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
