This writ petition is filed challenging the Memo No.OP1/2091/2012, dated 25.03.2013, directing the Unit Officers and Superintending Engineers, PR&R, WS&S to cancel the alleged deputations of Zilla Parishad Employees, who are working in the Government posts as illegal and arbitrary.

There was no interim order. After the said impugned Memo, the State was bifurcated. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
