HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.1 1 8 8 8 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the R&R Office & Project Officer, ITDA, K.R.Puram, West Godavari District, vide Rc.No.T9/ 260/ 2017, dated 06.04.2018 are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions to the extent of relevance of the present Writ Petition read as under: - "The present writ petitioner has filed the Writ Petition stating that she is having title/ share in the extent of Ac.16.65 cts., covered by R.S.No.499/ 1 and 499/ 2 of Reddy Ganapavaram village and prayed the Hon'ble Court to direct the official respondents to consider the objections dated 18.09.2017 filed by the petitioner. The writ petitioner did not file any valid proof in support of her claim with respect to the subject land.
In this connection, it is submitted that the R.S.Nos.499/ 1 is notified in the names of respondent No.5 to 8 as seen from the Preliminary Notification. The report u/ s.15(2) is under submission to the Collector, West Godavari District, Eluru.
As the award enquiry is not held in the present case, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the R & R Officer and Project Officer, I.T.D.A., K.R.Puram on any working day and file sufficient documentary evidence in support of her claim before passing the award in this case."
Having regard to the above said written instructions and taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned
Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition keeping it open for the petitioner to avail the above said opportunity.
