THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1790 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by defendant Nos.1 to 3, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 06.3.2017 passed in I.A.No.1353 of 2016 in O.S.No.744 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Guntur. 2.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.Nos.744 of 2012, 784 of 2014, 785 of 2014 and 786 of 2014 simultaneously. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of, directing the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Guntur to dispose of O.S.Nos.744 of 2012, 784 of 2014, 785 of 2014 and 786 of 2014 simultaneously.
