THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.113 of 2013 Dated 20th March, 2015 Between:
Talari Narsimulu (died) and others
...Petitioners
And The Joint Collector, R.R.District, at Lakdi-ka-pool, Hyderabad and others
...Respondent
Counsel for the petitioners: Sri G.Gautam Krishna for Sri Suresh Shiv Sagar Counsel for respondent Nos.4, 5 & 6: Sri K.M.Mahender Reddy The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed against order, dated 25.08.2006, in Case No.F2/5432/1997, on the file of the learned Joint Collector-I, Ranga Reddy District.
A perusal of the record shows that this civil revision petition was filed as far back as 2008 and numbered in the year 2013. Since then, it has been adjourned on more than ten occasions. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel representing the petitioners submitted that respondent No.2 died. However, the learned counsel is unable to state as to when respondent No.2 died and why her LRs were not brought on record. The learned counsel is unable to argue the case which is pending on the file of this Court for nearly eight years. I do not therefore find any justification for adjourning the case further. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
