As the main grievance of petitioner is that High Court Legal Service Committee is not executing the order of this Court for payment of costs, instead of proceeding further in this matter, I feel by directing High Court Legal Services Committee to take necessary steps for collection of costs imposed by this Court while disposing of C.M.A.No.975 of 2015, this contempt case can be closed. 3.

Accordingly, contempt case is closed.
