CVNR,J C.R.P.No.5320 of 2016 04.11.2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of the order, dated 07.05.2016, in I.A.No.304 of 2016 in F.C.O.P.No.817 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner filed I.A.No.304 of 2016 for summoning the records/returns filed by Dr.Smt.P.Malathi from the Income Tax Office, Ward No.2, Srikakulam for the assessment years 2006-07 to 2009-10 and to give evidence on those returns and that I.A.No.305 of 2016 was filed for receiving the said documents.

He has further submitted that C.R.P.No.4809 of 2016 filed by the petitioner against the order dismissing I.A.No.305 of 2016 was dismissed by this Court on 14.10.2016 with certain observations and that as I.A.No.304 of 2016, out of which the present revision petition arises, is interrelated to I.A.No.305 of 2016, this revision petition may also be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order, dated 14.10.2016, in C.R.P.No.4809 of 2016.

Having regard to the above submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons and observations contained in the order, dated 14.10.2016, in C.R.P.No.4809 of 2016, shall form part of this order.
