As could be seen from the proceeding sheet dated: 19-12-2017, at request of the Counsel for petitioner to verify whether any compromise was effected, adjourned to 26-12-2017, to report about the compromise, otherwise, directed the petitioner's Counsel to go ahead with Criminal Petition. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned twice. Finally, as per the order dated: 01-2-2018, this Criminal Petition was ordered to be posted to this day under the caption of "For Dismissal", since none appeared for the petitioner. Today, in spite of posting the Criminal Petition under the caption of "For Dismissal", none appeared on behalf of petitioner and there is no representation, which clearly established that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter and acted diligently. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
