THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1805 of 2014 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.23799 of 2014 in W.P.No.18986 of 2014, dated 09.07.2014. By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to allow the petitioner to attend the Bachelor of Divinity (B.D.) Degree Final (5th) year classes by allowing the petitioner to write final year examination conducted by the 1st respondent university.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.02.2015, Mr. J. Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3, submitted that the petitioner will be permitted to write senate examinations to be held in the month of March, 2015. In view of the said submission, he was directed to get instructions regarding college examinations.

Today, at the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that two college examinations are scheduled to be conducted in the months of March and April, 2015.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 states that the petitioner will also be permitted to write the two examinations to be held by the college in the months of March and April, 2015. So far as the remaining examinations, if any, are concerned, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 states that the petitioner will be permitted to write them in the month of October, 2015. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the contempt case is closed.
