This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to construct a compound wall to the sixth respondent-School closing the way situated on the western side of the school, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending writ petition, Mandal Surveyor was appointed, who in turn submitted his report. She further submitted that in view of the report of the Mandal Surveyor, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
