HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Aggrieved by the entries made in the revenue records in favour of 5th respondent on land to an extent of Ac.6.33 guntas in Sy.No.134/A of Pochera village, petitioner filed appeal No.C/260/ 2019 before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adilabad district. Alleging inaction on the said appeal, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

Copy of the appeal is filed as Exhibit-P1. At the bottom of the 1st page of Ex.P1, the Office of Revenue Divisional Officer acknowledged the receipt of appeal on 13.03.2019. That being so, without expressing any opinion on merits, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer (3rd respondent) to dispose of the appeal, after affording due opportunity to both parties, by assigning due reasons in support of his decision, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
