ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioner alleges that she is the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.1-38 gts., in Sy.No.575 situated at Pocharam Revenue Village, Garla Mandal, Khammam District. It is stated that her adjacent land owners viz., respondents 5 and 6 alleged to have started digging a borewell without permission. The petitioner states that she approached the 3rd respondent complaining about the same and thereafter, the 3rd respondent issued Memo bearing R.C.No.B/162/2015, dated 08-07-2015, but no action is taken. Aggrieved by the inaction, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader states that the 3rd respondent has already issued appropriate notices to both parties under WALTA Act and after completion of enquiry, appropriate action will be taken. Recording the afore-stated stand of the 3rd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law, after issuing notice and hearing all the parties concerned.
