ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.787 of 2016 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120-B r/w Sec.34 IPC, against her.

It is alleged in the complaint that the complainant had approached A1 for purchase of land to an extent of Ac.2.20 gts at Pedakaparthi Village, Nalgonda District and negotiated the price, which was fixed at Rs.9 lakhs per acre, and on the same day, the complainant paid an amount of Rs.5 lakhs towards part of sale consideration and obtained cash receipt from A1, thereafter, all the accused conspired with each other and A1 executed a sale deed in favour of A2 and A3, thereby cheated the complainant.

3. Heard and perused the material on record.

4. As per the complaint, the prime allegations are against the petitioner/A1. In view of the same, the matter has to be decided after full fledged trial and therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the presence of petitioner/A1 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates whenever her presence is insisted by the trial Court and she shall be represented by her counsel.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
