This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 3 and 4 in declaring the results of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violation of the principles of natural justice.

Heard Sri C. Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health and Sri A. Prabhakara Rao, learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent-University. Learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent-University submits that no further orders need be passed as the petitioner had already studied and completed his course.

Recording the said submission of the learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent-University, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
