There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the impugned action of the respondents No 1 to 3 in not exercising their jurisdiction to stop the illegal constructions raised by the 4th and 5th respondent on the 12 Feet CC Road in Ravindra Nagar locality, Adilabad town and demolishing the same pursuant to the representations of the petitioners, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the representations of the petitioners about the illegal constructions raised by the respondent No 4 and 5 over the 12 feet CC Road, Ravindra Nagar, Adilabad, by demolishing the illegal structures and pass such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' 3.
Learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent municipality, on instructions, submits that no construction activity is going on and the same was stopped.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
