THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7637 OF 2016 O R D E R :
In this Writ Petition, Petitioners challenge the inaction of the respondents in not issuing Occupancy Right Certificate in respect of the land claimed by them notwithstanding the fact that the petitioners have made representations on 03.11.2014 and 02.11.2015 to the 4th respondent.
2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the petitioners' application for issuance of Occupancy Right Certificate within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.
3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' applications dt.03.11.2014 and 02.11.2015 for issuance of Occupancy Right Certificate within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
