THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.2771 OF 2006 ORDER:

The petitioner has challenged the memo, dated 10.02.2006, issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Asifabad, Adilabad District, first respondent herein, summoning the petitioner to attend his office on 13.02.2006 along with documents in respect of his constructions, basing on a complaint made by the local villagers stating that the petitioner is making unauthorized constructions in an open site without having any right to title.

2. Initially, when the matter was listed, this Court, by interim order dated 16.02.2006 in WPMP.No.3401 of 2006, directed the respondents not to interfere with the construction of the house in accordance with the plan sanctioned by the Gram Panchayat, vide proceedings dated 21.09.2005.

3. In view of the above interim direction, the petitioner has completed the construction and, as the impugned order is only a notice of hearing, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ T.AMARNATH GOUD, J Date: 10.11.2017 pln
