This application is filed seeking permission to substitute/implead/recognize the name of the applicant company in the place of 'State Bank of India' in R.C.C.No.2 of 2003 on the ground that after passing the order of winding up by this Court on 23.3.2006, the State Bank of India entered into an Assignment Agreement dated 27.3.2006 with the applicant company.
