Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that their father own agricultural land admeasuring Ac.14.03 cents in Sy.No.213 of Korrapadu Village, Bukkarayasamudram Mandal, Anantapur District. During his life time he disposed of land to an extent of Ac.6.03 cents out of Ac.14.03 cents. In the family partition each of the petitioners got Ac.2.00 of land and obtained pattadar pass books and title deeds. While so, in the year 2016, some third parties have applied for issuance of pattadar pass books in respect of land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents. On coming to know, petitioners complained to the District Collector-2nd respondent, who in turn directed the Tahsildar-4th respondent to submit his report. The 4th respondent submitted his report on 10.05.2017 to the 3rd respondent recommending to include the names of petitioners. The 3rd respondent by his proceedings dated 04.07.2017 informed the same to the 2nd respondent. But so far their names were not mutated in the revenue records. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Apparently, as seen from the record, so far no application is made by the petitioners seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records. However, such applications shall be made in Form VI-A through online web portal of the State.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to submit the applications through online web portal. 5.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make application in Form VI-A through online web portal of the State Government and as and when such application is received, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by assigning due reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioners, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of such applications. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
