HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3941 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner-A2 filed the present petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.73 of 2019 of Yacharam Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 IPC. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that A2 is the maternal uncle of A1 and that due to disputes on account of illegal intimacy of the deceased with the wife of A1, both the accused conspired together and killed the deceased by beating him with rods. 3.

The record would show that the petitioner/A2 was remanded to judicial custody on 30.04.2019 and that earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2019 in Crl.P.No.3198 of 2019.

Since there are no changed circumstances from the date of dismissal of the earlier bail petition, I find that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner/A2. 4.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
