Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents Nos.3 and 4 in threatening and trying to dispossess the petitioners from the lands an extent of Ac.2.04 cents in Sy.No.221/A2B and Ac.2.03 Cents in Sy.No.221/A2E, situated at Santhekudlur Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District, without notice or enquiry, without any reason, and in violation of principles of natural justice, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19(i)(g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondents Nos.3 and 4 not to dispossess the petitioners from their lands to an extent of Ac.2.04 Cents in Sy.No.221/A2B, and Ac.2.03 Cents in Sy.Nos.221/A2E, situated at Santhekudlur Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District, in the interest of justice."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are in possession of the property in dispute, the respondent authorities are trying to dispossess them without following due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that any action going to be taken by the respondents will be in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the property in dispute i.e., lands an extent of Ac.2.04 cents in Sy.No.221/A2B and Ac.2.03 Cents in Sy.No.221/A2E, situated at Santhekudlur Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District, if they are in possession, without following due process of law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
