Learned Government Pleader for respondent submits that respondent shall consider petitioner's representation within a period of two weeks from today.
His statement is recorded and accepted.
It is needless to mention that respondent shall communicate to the petitioner the order that will be passed on the representation within a period of two weeks there from. In any case, till the representation is decided and the order is communicated to the petitioner, the respondent shall not demand any property tax from the petitioner.
Contempt Case is disposed of.
