Learned Counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 06.02.2018 before the Registrar Judicial requesting for withdrawal stating that the petitioner has instructed to withdraw the case as the relief claimed in the writ petition would be considered if the writ petition is withdrawn. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
