THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2340 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not registering a crime against respondent No. 5 in spite of the complaint, dated 20.08.2016, lodged by the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a case in Crime No.33 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Humayunnagar Police Station, Hyderabad on 04.02.2017 and investigation is under progress. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
