HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.14132 of 2019 ORDER:

Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7110 of 2019 dated 03-04-2019 and requested to dispose of this writ petition in terms of the said order, directing the Respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for appointment under landlosers' quota in accordance with the Rules.. 2.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents also not disputed the same and submits that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of W.P.No.7110 of 2019 dated 03-04-2019. 3.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.7110 of 2019 dated 03-04-2019, directing the petitioners to submit a fresh representation before the District Collector within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, upon such representation being received, the District Collector shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders and if the petitioners are found to be eligible, then the District Collector shall recommend their cases for appointment, to the respondents 2 to 5 in another eight weeks thereafter. It is needless to say that on recommendation of the District Collector, respondents 2 to 5 will consider the cases of the petitioners for appointment under landlosers'

quota in accordance with the Rules. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
